These terms cover the SYNQ marketing website and waitlist, operated by Somani Global. Separate terms apply to the SYNQ product and are provided to customers at onboarding.

Use of the site

The site is provided for information and to let you join the waitlist. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or unlawful information.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a contract, guarantees no access or pricing, and either party may withdraw at any time. Any pricing shown is indicative and may change.

No warranty

The site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties. SYNQ and Somani Global are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Your data is handled per our privacy policy.
